Description

• Our client is seeking a proactive, experienced, and business-driven Hotel Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the hotel, bar & lounge, and swimming pool facilities.
• The ideal candidate will ensure smooth business operations, excellent customer service, increased sales revenue, and regular event creation that attracts guests and boosts profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the hotel.
• Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction at all times.
• Monitor cleanliness, maintenance, safety, and overall appearance of the hotel premises.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and ensure quick resolution.
• Oversee the smooth running of the bar and lounge operations.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock usage, and supplier relationships.
• Implement strategies to increase beverage sales and customer patronage.
• Ensure quality service delivery and a vibrant guest experience.
• Supervise the maintenance and cleanliness of the swimming pool area.
• Coordinate poolside activities and promotions to attract customers.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to boost hotel revenue.
• Create, plan, and organize regular events, themed nights, pool parties, live entertainment, and promotional activities.
• Drive occupancy, customer retention, and overall business growth.
• Promote the hotel’s services through partnerships, social media, and marketing initiatives

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–6 years’ experience in hotel or hospitality management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Experience in bar/lounge operations and event management is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong sales and marketing ability.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Preferred Candidate: Male.
