Job Title: HR Assistant

Location: Abeokuta, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to our Human Resources department.
• You will assist in daily HR functions including recruitment, employee record management, and onboarding to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in posting job advertisements, shortlisting resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Coordinate orientation sessions for new hires and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.
• Maintain and update physical and digital employee files, including leave tracking and attendance records.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding company policies and benefits.
• Provide relevant data (e.g., attendance and leave) to the Finance team for monthly payroll processing.
• Assist the HR Manager with daily tasks, clerical work, and organizing company events or training.

Requirements & Qualifications

• BSc or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0 - 3 years of experience in an HR or administrative role.

Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information with high integrity.

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 monthly.
