- Monitor comments, messages, and mentions.
- Engage with followers and build community relationships.
- Monitor brand reputation and respond to feedback or crises.
- Handle customer complaints professionally.
Requirements
- Minimum of a BSc Degree
- Male candidates are preferred.
- Prior experience managing a social media page is required.
