Job Title: Farm Operation Functional Manager

Location: Mowe, Ogun
Employment Type: 6 Months Contract to Hire

Job Summary 

• Farmyad is hiring an experienced and hardworking Farm Operations Functional Manager to oversee daily farm activities and support operational growth.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily farm operations
• Manage crops, poultry, fish farming, and farm maintenance
• Lead farm workers and ensure productivity
• Maintain farm records, reports, and inventory
• Ensure proper hygiene and biosecurity standards
• Work both in the farm office and on the field

Requirements

• Experience in farm operations and management
• Hands-on, disciplined, honest, and goal-driven
• Willing to commit long term and grow with the farm
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, reports, and basic databases
• Ability to deliver results under management guidance.

Salary
N150,000 - N180,000 per month.
