We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Driver

Location: Ikenne, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The Executive Driver provides professional, high-level transportation services to the Manager. The goal is to ensure the Manager reaches all appointments safely, comfortably, and on time, while maintaining the vehicle as a quiet, professional space for work and confidential calls.
  • Provide door-to-door transit for the Manager for all business meetings, airport transfers, and official functions.
  • Remain on standby during the Manager’s meetings to ensure immediate departure when required.
  • Plan alternative routes to avoid traffic congestion, especially during peak hours or road closures.
  • Ensure the vehicle is impeccably clean (interior and exterior) at all times.
  • Conduct daily checks on fuel, oil, water, and tire pressure.
  • Coordinate all vehicle servicing, insurance renewals, and repairs, ensuring the Manager is never without a vehicle (arranging for a backup if necessary).
  • Maintain a detailed logbook for mileage, fuel expenses, and maintenance history.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all business conversations and documents encountered within the vehicle.
  • Demonstrate a high level of professional etiquette, including opening doors, assisting with luggage, and maintaining a neat, professional appearance.
  • Exercise discretion and avoid unnecessary interruptions while the Manager is working or on calls.
  • Assist the Manager with errands such as document delivery, banking tasks, or picking up office supplies.
  • Maintain a stock of essential items in the car (e.g., bottled water, phone chargers, tissues, and daily newspapers).

Qualifications

  • Interested candidates should possess an SSCE with 4-5 years experience.

Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 / Monthly.
