Summary

• Our client, a fast-growing real estate company, is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content Creator to develop engaging visual and digital content that promotes the brand, properties, and real estate services
• The ideal candidate should be skilled in creating compelling content that drives audience engagement, generates leads, and strengthens the company’s online presence.
• Also most be good at making research and be outspoken as well.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality video and visual content for property listings, real estate campaigns, and brand storytelling
• Edit videos for social media, advertisements, and marketing campaigns
• Develop engaging content around real estate investments, lifestyle, luxury living, and property trends
• Produce short-form and long-form content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X
• Cover property tours, client testimonials, site inspections, and promotional events
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to execute content strategies
• Maintain a clean, professional, and modern editing style aligned with the company’s brand identity
• Stay updated on social media trends and create content that increases engagement and visibility.

Requirements

• Degree in Media, Film, Multimedia, Mass Communication, or related fields
• 3–5 years of experience in content creation, video production, and digital media
• The ability to conduct good research in real estate is a must
• Strong portfolio showcasing real estate, lifestyle, or brand-focused content
• Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Canva, etc.
• Strong storytelling, video editing, and visual composition skills
• Understanding of social media trends, analytics, and audience engagement
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
• Experience in real estate content creation is an added advantage.

Salary
N300,000 - N500,000 monthly.
