We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development Officer

Location: Ogba, Lagos

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential clients, markets, and business opportunities.
• Generate and qualify leads through cold calls, emails, networking, and social media outreach.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Schedule meetings and presentations for the sales or management team.
• Follow up on inquiries and maintain regular communication with prospects.
• Prepare and present business proposals and introductory materials.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or customer relationship management is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
• Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
