Job Title: National Sales Manager

Location: Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-time

Description

  • Responsible for driving nationwide revenue growth, leading sales teams, expanding market penetration, and delivering commercial strategies that improve profitability and customer acquisition.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute national sales strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Lead regional teams to achieve revenue, market share, and profitability targets.
  • Identify new markets, partnerships, and business opportunities.
  • Monitor sales performance, forecasts, pipeline activity, and market intelligence.
  • Build strong relationships with major customers, distributors, and strategic partners.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and leadership teams on commercial initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Significant experience in sales leadership and commercial management.
  • Strong negotiation, strategic planning, and market development capabilities.
  • Proven record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong leadership and team development skills.

Salary
N300,000 - N600,000 monthly.
