Summary
- Are you experienced in business development, client acquisition, and strategic partnerships? We are looking for a results-driven professional to join our team.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business growth strategies
- Identify and secure new business opportunities
- Build, manage, and maintain strategic partnerships
- Manage and grow existing client relationships and accounts
- Drive revenue growth and meet business targets
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and partnership plans
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and client satisfaction
- Source and secure sponsorships for our yearly GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) events, including identifying potential sponsors, developing tailored sponsorship packages, and managing sponsor relationships from outreach to close.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in Business Development, Sales, Partnerships, or related roles is highly important
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Ability to source and close business opportunities independently
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Professional and result-oriented mindset
- Experience in recruitment, consulting, or service-based industries is an added advantage
- Experience sourcing sponsorships for corporate events, conferences, or industry summits is an added advantage
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Relevant experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or related roles is highly important
- Professional certifications (e.g. PMP, CIPM, or GRC-related qualifications) are an added advantage.
Skills:
- CRM & sales tools: Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales pipeline management tools.
- Microsoft Office/Google Workspace: Strong command of productivity and reporting tools.
- Financial & budget management: Ability to manage sponsorships budgets and track ROI.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Ability to source and close business opportunities independently
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Professional and result-oriented mindset.
