• We are hiring a Head of Strategic Enterprise (Energy, Financial Institutions & Manufacturing ) to lead enterprise client acquisition across Sub-Saharan Africa.
• This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for positioning the company’s Treasury & Trade Operating System as the core financial infrastructure for large energy corporates—powering treasury, payments, liquidity, FX, and trade flows.

Required Experience
10+ years in:

• Transaction Banking
• Treasury Solutions Sales
• Trade Finance
• Corporate Banking Product Sales.

Required Competencies
Core Expertise:

• Enterprise solution selling (financial infrastructure)
• Treasury & liquidity management
• Cross-border payments & FX markets
• Trade finance structures.

Leadership & Commercial Skills:

• Executive-level negotiation
• Strong financial storytelling
• Pipeline forecasting & revenue planning.
