Job Title: Facility Manager

Location: Lagos Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive facility Manager to oversee the day to day operations of our facilities management services to clients.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing service providers, coordinating maintenance, Vendors and workers, ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility operations across assigned properties
• Coordinate and supervise maintenance, repairs, and renovations
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure buildings meet safety and quality standards
• Manage service providers (cleaners, security, technicians, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards
• Handle tenant complaints and resolve facility-related issues promptly
• Monitor utility usage and manage cost-effective maintenance practices
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and service schedules
• Support property management team in ensuring optimal occupancy and tenant satisfaction.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum of HND / B.Sc Degree in Estate Management, Engineering, or related fields
• 2 - 4 years experience in facility or property management (real estate experience preferred)
• Good knowledge of building maintenance, safety regulations, and vendor management
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties
• Proximity to the Island or its environs is an added advantage.

Remuneration
N200,000 - N250,000 monthly.
