Fragrance Style & Co Limited  is Nigeria’s exclusive wholesale distributor of premium international fragrance brands, connecting world-class scents with retailers across the country at competitive wholesale prices. We partner directly with distinguished fragrance houses to guarantee authenticity, consistent supply, and unmatched quality. Our portfolio features two exceptional brands — Maa Althahab, an Egyptian luxury house rooted in Middle Eastern olfactive heritage, and Synthèse Atelier de Parfum, a Turkish niche house renowned for its high-concentration Extrait de Parfum creations. Together, they offer a rich selection of oriental, woody, floral, and amber compositions — carefully curated for the evolving tastes of the Nigerian market.

We work exclusively with registered fragrance retailers, boutiques, and multi-brand stores, providing them with the tools, products, and partnerships needed to grow profitably.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Developer

Job Summary 

• Fragrance Style and Co. is a luxury fragrance and lifestyle brand seeking a motivated Business Developer to drive sales and expand our brand presence across Port Harcourt and Delta State.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities across Port Harcourt and Delta
• Build and maintain relationships with retailers, distributors and wholesalers
• Drive revenue growth and meet monthly sales targets
• Represent the brand professionally at trade events and client meetings
• Conduct market visits and submit weekly sales reports to management.

Requirements

• HND or B.Sc in Business, Marketing or related field
• Minimum 2 years experience in sales or business development
• Strong knowledge of the Port Harcourt and Delta markets
• Experience in FMCG, beauty, cosmetics or lifestyle products is an advantage
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Must be resident in Port Harcourt or Delta State.
