Job Title: Sales Executive

Job Summary

  • We are seeking driven and target-oriented Sales Executives to promote and financial products, develop new business opportunities, and manage client relationships.
  • The role is best suited for individuals with proven sales experience and a strong passion for financial services sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market and sell financialproducts to individuals and corporate clients
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, referrals, and networking
  • Educate clients on financialproducts and recommend suitable coverage options
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive retention and referrals
  • Achieve agreed sales targets consistently
  • Follow up on leads and convert prospects into active clients
  • Prepare and submit sales reports and client documentation
  • Stay informed on insurance products, regulations, and market trends
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum of OND (Ordinary National Diploma) in any discipline
  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or financialadvisory is an added advantage
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and target-driven personality
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Good networking and relationship-building abilities
  • Basic knowledge of insurance products is an added advantage.
