Loan Recovery Officer at B-Freedom Outsourcing

B-Freedom Outsourcing - We are a professional collection service provider dedicated to assisting loan institutions in the swift and effective recovery of their bad debt. We make calls to customers to pay their outstanding debts, send messages to customers, Guide customers through the payment process, persuade reluctant customers to make payment promptly, meet weekly and monthly targets, and give proper and correct reports of work.

We used skilled and experienced recovery agents to support loan agencies, using multiple communication channels such as SMS, phone calls, and emails to remind and encourage customers to fulfil their repayment.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Loan Recovery Officer

Location: Ijaye, Abule Egba - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Details

• Contact customers to follow up on outstanding loan repayments.
• Negotiate and agree on feasible repayment plans.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an SSCE, FSLC, OND, NCE, HND, or Bachelor's Degree.
• Must have an Android phone to work with.
• Must be ready to work on-site.
• Training is done for newly recruited candidates.

Salary
N60,000 - N160,000 per month.
