Job Summary
- Responsible for driving regional revenue performance, market expansion, distributor management, and execution of commercial strategies across assigned territories.
Responsibilities
- Manage regional sales operations and achievement of sales targets.
- Identify growth opportunities within assigned markets and territories.
- Develop and manage distributor, channel, and customer relationships.
- Track sales performance, competitor activity, and market trends.
- Lead and coach sales representatives to improve productivity and results.
- Prepare regional forecasts, reports, and market performance analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- Proven regional sales management experience.
- Strong commercial, negotiation, and territory management skills.
- Ability to travel and manage multiple market locations.
- Strong leadership and reporting capabilities.
Salary
N300,000 - N1,000,000 per month.
