Job Title: Recovery Specialist

Location: Ogba-Aguda, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • A Recovery Specialist is typically responsible for helping individuals, organizations, or financial institutions recover from losses, disruptions, or outstanding obligations.
  • A Recovery Specialist supports clients, customers, or organizations in restoring stability after financial, operational, physical, or emotional setbacks.
  • The role involves assessment, coordination, communication, documentation, and problem-solving to guide recovery processes efficiently and compassionately.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess client or account recovery needs
  • Develop and implement recovery plans
  • Monitor progress and maintain accurate records
  • Communicate with clients, vendors, agencies, or stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
  • Provide guidance, support, and follow-up services
  • Negotiate payment plans or recovery solutions when applicable
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external partners
  • Prepare reports and maintain documentation
  • Resolve issues and escalate complex cases when necessary

Qualifications

  • SSCE / OND / HND, BSc Degree
  • Relevant experience in customer service, collections, healthcare, counseling, or recovery services preferred

Remuneration

  • Basic Salary 55,000 monthly.
  • Bonus on KPI 50,000 - 200,000
  • Plus Incentives and Transport Allowance 15,000 monthly
