Job Summary

  • Quality Assurance (QA) is a proactive, systematic process focused on preventing defects and ensuring products or services meet established quality standards and customer requirements.
  • It involves implementing, monitoring, and continuously improving processes—rather than just inspecting final products—to build quality into the development life cycle and increase efficiency.

  • Compliance and Standards: Ensuring compliance with industry standards, such as ISO 9000 or internal procedures.
