Job Description
- Supports revenue growth through lead generation, customer relationship management, sales conversion, and pipeline optimization while ensuring a structured and data-driven sales process.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads, qualify prospects, and convert opportunities into sales.
- Manage CRM systems, customer records, and pipeline reporting.
- Develop follow-up strategies that improve customer retention and conversion.
- Supervise sales activities and monitor achievement of revenue targets.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and customer performance insights.
- Coordinate with marketing and customer service teams to improve customer experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
- Experience in telesales, CRM administration, or sales management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and reporting tools.
- Results-driven mindset with strong commercial awareness.
