Job Title: Front Desk Officer

Job Summary
- The Front Desk Officer serves as the first point of contact for clients, prospects, vendors, and visitors of the company. The role is responsible for managing front office operations, attending to inquiries, coordinating appointments, handling communication, and ensuring a professional customer experience that reflects the company’s brand image and service standards.
- The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational ability, professionalism, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently within a fast-paced real estate environment.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Reception Management:
- Welcome and attend to walk-in clients, prospects, and visitors professionally.
- Ensure all visitors are properly attended to and directed to the appropriate department or personnel.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area at all times.
- Manage daily front office operations and ensure smooth administrative flow.
Customer Service & Communication:
- Respond promptly to phone calls, emails, WhatsApp messages, and general inquiries.
- Provide accurate information about company services, property inspections, locations, and office procedures.
- Handle customer complaints politely and escalate unresolved issues appropriately.
- Follow up with clients when necessary to ensure satisfactory service delivery.
Administrative Support:
- Schedule meetings, appointments, property inspections, and internal activities.
- Maintain proper records of visitors, inquiries, correspondence, and office activities.
- Assist in documentation, filing, printing, scanning, and data entry.
- Support HR and Admin departments with administrative assignments.
Coordination & Operations:
- Coordinate communication between departments and field teams.
- Assist with logistics arrangements for inspections, meetings, and company events.
- Monitor office supplies and request replenishment when necessary.
- Ensure professionalism in client interactions and company communication.
Record Keeping & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate attendance logs and visitor registers.
- Prepare daily or weekly reports on inquiries, client visits, and front desk activities.
- Keep confidential company and client information secure.
Educational Qualifications
- Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in:
- Business Administration
- Mass Communication
- Public Administration
- Office Technology & Management
- Customer Service
- Or any related field.
Experience:
- 1–2 years experience in a front desk, receptionist, customer service, or administrative role.
- Previous experience in the real estate industry is an added advantage.
- Experience handling client relations and office coordination is preferred.
Other Requirements:
- Must reside within reasonable proximity to the office location.
- Must be punctual, reliable, and highly professional.
- Ability to work occasional weekends during inspections, events, or client engagements.
- Strong understanding of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Female candidates are commonly preferred in many front desk roles due to client-facing responsibilities, though all qualified candidates should be considered equally based on competence.
- Knowledge of the real estate industry and customer handling is an advantage.

- Basic knowledge of CRM systems or client management tools is an advantage.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 per month.
