We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Location: Calabar, Cross River
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for building and managing a structured workforce that supports the organization’s operational and strategic goals.
• This role involves overseeing recruitment, onboarding, staff performance, policy implementation, and employee relations, while ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
• The HR Manager will also play a critical role in improving staff discipline, strengthening accountability, enhancing employee engagement, and implementing systems for performance management and staff development across all outlets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment and onboarding
• Develop and enforce HR policies
• Handle attendance, discipline, and staff welfare
• Implement performance management systems
• Manage payroll coordination
• Resolve staff issues and conflicts
• Drive training and development

Key Requirements

• 4–6 years HR experience
• Strong understanding of labour law and HR systems
• Experience in structured organizations (preferred)
• Knowledge of Project Management is an added advantage.

Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 monthly.
