Job Summary

• Provides multi-unit operational leadership, performance management, service delivery oversight, and strategic coordination across business units.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational performance across multiple business units.
• Drive service quality, efficiency, and profitability.
• Coordinate managers and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Monitor KPIs, budgets, and operational reporting.
• Lead process improvement and organizational development initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Hospitality, Operations, or related field with 5-10 years experience.
• Strong multi-site or multi-unit management experience.
• Leadership, financial oversight, and stakeholder management capability.
