Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job openings, screening CVs, and coordinating interviews.
- Monitor and manage staff attendance records.
- Ensure onboarding for new employees is done as per standard
- Support in organizing employee engagement and development activities and other HR related activities.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including handling official correspondence, such as emails, phone calls, and letters.
Requirements
- B.Sc., or HND in business administration or any related field with 0-1 year working experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Problem-solving skills, resourceful thinking and smart
- Proactive, with a strong desire to learn and develop professionally.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge on occupational health and safety will be an added advantage.
