Job Summary

  • Our client is looking for a world-class sales leader who understands high-ticket sales, webinars, pipeline management, conversion psychology, and sales team operations.
  • Successful candidate will oversee sales performance , ensure strong enrollment growth, conversion optimization, follow-up systems, and revenue expansion.

Core Responsibilities

  • Build and manage high-performance sales teams
  • Improve lead-to-close conversion rates
  • Develop sales scripts, objection handling, and follow-up systems
  • Work closely with marketing and growth teams
  • Monitor pipeline performance daily
  • Ensure sales teams respond fast and consistently
  • Track KPIs including close rates, CAC, show-up rates, revenue, and LTV
  • Improve CRM discipline and reporting accuracy
  • Drive aggressive revenue growth targets.

Ideal Candidate

  • Strong high-ticket closing and sales management experience
  • Experience managing setters, closers, and admissions teams
  • Strong understanding of webinars and funnel-based sales
  • Deep understanding of immigrant and African diaspora markets
  • Data-driven decision maker
  • Strong leadership and accountability culture.

Salary
N1,000,000 - N2,000,000 per month.
