Job Title: Service Advisor 

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The Service Advisor serves as the main point of contact between customers and the workshop.
  • The role involves receiving vehicles, understanding customer complaints, preparing job cards, communicating with technicians, updating customers on repair progress, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the repair process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers and professionally attend to inquiries and complaints
  • Inspect vehicles with customers during drop-off and document vehicle condition
  • Open and manage job cards accurately
  • Explain repair recommendations, timelines, and estimated costs to customers
  • Coordinate with technicians to monitor repair progress
  • Provide customers with regular updates on vehicle status
  • Ensure all customer approvals are obtained before additional repairs are carried out
  • Manage vehicle check-in and check-out processes
  • Maintain proper records of repairs, invoices, and customer information
  • Follow up with customers after service completion to ensure satisfaction
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when necessary
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the reception/service area
  • Support workshop operations and help maintain efficient workflow

Requirements

  • Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in any related field
  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in customer service is an advantage
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of vehicles and automotive systems is preferred
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Good computer and documentation skills
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

Salary & Benefits
