Job Title: Service Advisor

Job Summary
- The Service Advisor serves as the main point of contact between customers and the workshop.
- The role involves receiving vehicles, understanding customer complaints, preparing job cards, communicating with technicians, updating customers on repair progress, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the repair process.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and professionally attend to inquiries and complaints
- Inspect vehicles with customers during drop-off and document vehicle condition
- Open and manage job cards accurately
- Explain repair recommendations, timelines, and estimated costs to customers
- Coordinate with technicians to monitor repair progress
- Provide customers with regular updates on vehicle status
- Ensure all customer approvals are obtained before additional repairs are carried out
- Manage vehicle check-in and check-out processes
- Maintain proper records of repairs, invoices, and customer information
- Follow up with customers after service completion to ensure satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when necessary
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the reception/service area
- Support workshop operations and help maintain efficient workflow
Requirements
- Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in any related field
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in customer service is an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of vehicles and automotive systems is preferred
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Good computer and documentation skills
- Professional appearance and attitude

Salary & Benefits
- Salary Range: N100,000 - N150,000/month.
