Job Summary
- A Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, meeting sales targets, and building strong relationships with clients. They play a key role in expanding the customer base and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Description
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with marketing and customer service teams.
- Provide after-sales support to clients.
