We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Compliance & Internal Control Specialist

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor compliance programs and internal control frameworks.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Conduct periodic risk assessments and internal control reviews.
• Investigate compliance breaches and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare compliance and audit reports for management.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities and external auditors where necessary.
• Monitor operational processes to identify and mitigate risks.
• Drive a culture of compliance and ethical business practices within the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience in Compliance, Internal Control, Risk Management, or Audit.
• Experience within the banking or financial services sector is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and internal control processes.
• Professional certifications such as ACA, ACCA, CISA, or related certifications will be an added advantage.
• Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
• Banking experience is an added advantage.

Salary
N650,000 - N750,000 / Month.
