Job Title: Real Estate Marketer

Job Summary
- Our client is recruiting two (2) results-driven real estate marketers to drive property sales and expand the firm's buyer and investor network. This is a commission-based role with strong earning potential for candidates who are self-motivated and target-orientated.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through prospecting, referrals, social media, and community engagement
- Conduct property viewings and present the company's portfolio persuasively to prospective buyers
- Negotiate and close property transactions in line with the company's pricing guidelines
- Guide clients from initial enquiry through to documentation, payment, and handover
- Market properties via Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp to generate inbound enquiries
- Maintain accurate records of leads, viewings, and deals in progress
- Submit weekly activity reports to the Sales Lead
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a HND / BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, or a related field
- Must have 2–3 years of experience in a sales or marketing role
- Must be resident in Abuja, FCT (non-negotiable)
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a commission-driven, target-based environment
- Basic digital literacy,social media, WhatsApp Business, and smartphone proficiency
- Prior experience in real estate, insurance, or financial products sales is an advantage
- An existing network of potential property buyers or investors in Abuja is an added advantage.
