Job Title: Sales Administration Officer

Description
- We are seeking a detail-orientated and proactive Sales Administration Officer to support daily sales operations, inventory management, and administrative processes.
- The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth coordination between sales, inventory, and customer support functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily sales and inventory operations
- Process invoices and sales orders, and maintain accurate customer records
- Monitor stock balances and ensure inventory accuracy
- Handle customer enquiries and provide backend sales support
- Provide administrative support to the operations team
- Prepare reports and maintain proper documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient order processing and delivery
- Assist in maintaining organized filing and record systems
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Degree in any Science-related course
- Previous experience in sales administration, inventory management, or a similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Good numerical and record-keeping skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
