Job Title: Sales Administration Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Description

  • We are seeking a detail-orientated and proactive Sales Administration Officer to support daily sales operations, inventory management, and administrative processes.
  • The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth coordination between sales, inventory, and customer support functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily sales and inventory operations
  • Process invoices and sales orders, and maintain accurate customer records
  • Monitor stock balances and ensure inventory accuracy
  • Handle customer enquiries and provide backend sales support
  • Provide administrative support to the operations team
  • Prepare reports and maintain proper documentation
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient order processing and delivery
  • Assist in maintaining organized filing and record systems

Requirements

  • Minimum qualification: Degree in any Science-related course
  • Previous experience in sales administration, inventory management, or a similar role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Good numerical and record-keeping skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

Salary
N200,000 monthly.
