Job Title: Chief Operating Officer

Location: Lagos, Ogun

Job Summary

• We are looking for a dynamic and highly experienced COO to drive operational excellence, scale performance, and execute business strategy across multiple locations.
• This executive will report to the MD and lead end-to-end operations, performance management, process improvement, budgeting, and business growth initiatives.

Requirements

• MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification
• 12–15 years’ experience (5+ in senior leadership)
• Proven operational and strategic leadership track record
• Strong performance culture & execution capability
• Logistics/haulage experience is an advantage
• PRINCE2/PMI certification required.

Salary
N50,000,000 - N54,000,000 annually.
