We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head of Operations

Location: Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Own the internal engine of our partner's firm.
• You will build systems, manage teams, and ensure everything from sales to admin runs at peak performance. Real estate marketing background and active sales experience are mandatory.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 4-7 years of experience.
• Location is non-negotiable.
• You must reside in Ajah, Sangotedo, Ogombo, Abraham Adesanya, Lekki, or the Ibeju-Lekki axis.
• Applications from outside this axis will not be considered.
• Real estate marketing firm experience is mandatory.
• You must also have an active or proven background in property sales.
• All roles are performance-oriented. We reward results, initiative, and consistency.

Salary
N350,000 - N450,000 / Month.
