Job Summary
- We are seeking a reliable and organized Store Keeper to manage inventory, oversee stock movement, and ensure proper record-keeping within the store.
- The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, accountable, and capable of maintaining efficient store operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock and materials.
- Maintain proper storage and organization of inventory items.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
- Keep accurate records of stock movement and inventory.
- Prepare and issue materials or products as required.
- Conduct routine stock checks and inventory reconciliation.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper arrangement of the store.
- Coordinate with relevant departments regarding stock requests and supplies.
- Assist in preparing inventory reports when required.
Requirements
- HND / B.Sc in any related field.
- Proven experience as a Store Keeper or in a similar role is an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of inventory management and record-keeping.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
