Job Summary
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage financial records, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills and be able to support the organization’s financial operations effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
- Handle daily accounting operations, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.
- Monitor cash flow, expenses, and budget tracking.
- Prepare bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial transactions.
- Assist with payroll processing and statutory remittances.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Support audit processes and provide necessary documentation when required.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
Requirements
- HND/B.Sc in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar accounting role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Professional certification is an added advantage.
