Job Title: Mobile and Desktop Application Developer
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- The successful applicant will have demonstrable experience in using a popular PHP backend web framework () and other technologies for mobile development, at least 1-2 native mobile application on Google Play and iOS Store, as well as experience in creating & consuming RESTful APIs.
- Source control experience is a must Please provide code samples and/or directories to your app(s) in their respective stores, as well as a directory to your Github (if any).
The candidate will be involved in:
- Planning and Developing Web Apps
- Liaising directly with clients in regards to new projects / existing projects
- Estimating and tracking time spent on work
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest programming techniques and technologies
- Checking the Helpdesk and fixing any issues that may arise
- Updating mobile apps / websites with new features
Requirements
The candidate should have the following skills:
- Ideally 2+ years of professional front end design and development experience
- Strong experience with HTML, CSS and JavaScript/jQuery
- Strong experience with PHP MVC Frameworks and MySQL
- Strong experience with Angular JS, JQuery, Ionic/Phonegap framework, Java
- Experience working with the Adobe Creative Suite
- Familiar with SEO and social networking sites
- Strong organisational and analytical ability
- Strong Project Management skills
- Experience with Google Analytics
- Must have experience with at least one of the following: Laravel 4/5, Symfony, Code Igniter, CakePHP
