We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Construction Coordinator II

Location: Delta

Main Functions

  • The Construction Coordinator is responsible for construction planning, coordinating construction inputs, and communicating with Construction Management.
  • The role involves establishing the Construction Planning Program (CPP), aligning planning scope with the Construction Advisor and Construction Support Manager, and managing assigned projects and implementation contractors to ensure all deliverables meet project requirements, quality standards, and approved schedules.

Tasks & Responsibilities
In addition to all Level 1 responsibilities, the Level 2 Construction Coordinator will:

  • Coordinate construction planning activities and support effective project execution.
  • Establish and manage the Construction Planning Program (CPP).
  • Align planning scope with the Construction Advisor and Construction Support Manager.
  • Manage assigned projects and contractors to ensure deliverables are completed and ready for inspection (RFI).
  • Ensure all construction activities meet project specifications, quality standards, and schedule requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with Construction Management and project stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate a proactive and goal-oriented approach with strong attention to detail.
  • Maintain excellent customer focus and consistently meet Worley Parsons and client expectations.
  • Effectively manage changes to work tasks and project environments while supporting team adaptation to change.
  • Identify issues, risks, and opportunities, and develop timely, innovative, and practical solutions.
  • Escalate concerns and seek support where necessary to ensure project success.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (BS/MS Engineering).
  • Strong coordination and interface management capabilities.
  • Previous experience in a related role and/or relevant project experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively present information and ideas to individuals and groups when required.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability.
  • Trusted team player who consistently honors commitments and delivers results.
