Job Title: Data IT Support Executive
Location: Lagos
Objective
- Provide assistance in managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting data systems and workflows.
- This role involves supporting data quality, integrity, and issue resolution within the OSP Infrastructure.
Job Duties / Responsibilities / Accountabilities
- Document frequently asked questions and standard solutions to build a self-service knowledge base.
- OSP card printing, if required
- Notification of processed requests to clients.
- Resolve technical issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Coordination of meetings for the resolution of challenges with clients
- Support business units with data entry, updates, and troubleshooting data-related issues.
- Taking minutes of meetings
- Dissemination of monthly Power BI reports to clients
- Update of valid training certificates on accredited training portals
- Collaborate with DB/IT teams to ensure accurate data flow between systems.
- Respond to the Feedback handle for the OSP portal
- Respond to data-related inquiries via email and phone.
- Assist OSP Help Desk Personnel when required
Self-Development:
- Continuously and actively engage in learning and development activities to improve competence in functional areas.
- Staying abreast of IT trends and best practices.
- Possess ongoing affiliations with IT personnel in successful companies and organizations that practice effective IT
- Management.
Qualifications / Experience Required
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science / Eng. / Electrical Eng. from an accredited university
- OCA, ITILv4, and Power BI certification
- Minimum of a year’s experience in Systems / Database Administration
- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT roles
