Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Hospital Manager, located in Ikeja.
• The Hospital Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure efficient practice management, and uphold high standards of patient care.
• Responsibilities include managing hospital staff, optimizing customer service, strategizing budgets, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Qualifications

• Relevant education in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field
• Proficiency in Hospital Management and Practice Management for overseeing operations and staff
• Strong skills in Customer Service to ensure excellent patient and client experiences
• Experience with Budgeting for strategic financial management and resource allocation
• Excellent Communication skills to lead teams and interact with stakeholders effectively
• Proven leadership and organizational abilities
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards
• Experience in a managerial or administrative role within a healthcare setting is an advantage.
