Job Title: Project Supervisor
Location: Lagos
Objective
- To execute landscape projects and be in charge of every aspect from inception to handover
Job Description
- Oversee projects based on the client’s requirements and the goals, objectives and standards of the organization.
- Ensure landscape design is implemented according to the landscape plan.
- Work with HR/Admin to oversee compliance of established policies, procedures and guidelines.
- Effectively manage through clear, direct and respectful communications.
- Model supportive and participatory leadership promoting the concepts of teambuilding and empowerment.
- Train gardeners; maintain gardeners’ time records and record work performed.
- Assist gardeners when deadlines are near.
- Manage the administrative and personnel activities of several teams including landscape projects maintenance and repairs.
- Provide recommendations during the performance appraisal process.
- Handle the maintenance process of the landscaped works until handover.
Requirements
- Degree in relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ working experience.
- Excellent computer skills and proficient in autocad, revit, excel, word.
- Must be able to understand architectural drawings and plans and have a working knowledge of levels and drainage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style.
- Excellent planning and projection skills.
- Demonstrate leadership and vision in managing staff groups and major projects or initiatives

Remuneration
80,000 - 100,000 naira monthly
