We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Senior Architect

Location: Nigeria
Employment Type: Full time 

Responsibilities

• Support and ensure the effective and efficient design of buildings and structures as may be required.
• Assess technical requirements and provide technical advice for related inputs such as project appropriate construction materials, the computation of loads and stresses data as well as environmental impact assessment.
• Work with other project team members (including architects and building contractors) both onsite and offsite to ensure the effective and efficient implementation of structural design specifications and in particular, required HSE guidelines
• Work with statutory planning officials to secure required regulatory approvals for building and related projects.
• Maintain an updated project monitoring log and provide timely communication to critical stakeholders status and technical evaluation of projects.

Required Qualification, Experience & Skills

• Bachelor / Master's degree in Architecture from a reputable university
• Minimum of 20 years cognate experience
• A professional qualification will be an advantage.
• PMP Certification is desirable.
• Certified membership of ARCON and other relevant professional bodies.
• Use of Microsoft project
• Between 45 and 55 years of age.
• Have experience in developing, upgrading and amending building structures.
• Have experience in building commercial offices and residential buildings.
• Proven track record in development and implementation of strategic management, operational review project management delivery.
