Key Responsibilties
- Provide strong leadership to staff, promoting excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Set and maintain high standards for teaching, learning, and curriculum development.
- Monitor teaching effectiveness and support staff through training and professional development.
- Implement effective assessment systems to track student progress and ensure academic success.
- Promote a safe, inclusive environment with strong discipline, pastoral care, and student well-being.
- Build strong partnerships with parents, staff, and the wider community to support students’ holistic development.
- Lead and facilitate professional development programs and initiatives to enhance the skills and knowledge of the teachers.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Education.
- Strong knowledge of primary education curricula, teaching methodologies, and assessment practices.
- Excellent leadership, organisational, and management skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with various stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to create and sustain a positive and inclusive school culture.
- Proven track record of promoting academic excellence and student achievement.
- Understanding of current trends, developments, and challenges in primary education.
