Job Title: Administrative Officer
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations
- Maintain and organize company records and documents
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and correspondence
- Support management with administrative tasks
- Handle data entry, filing, and documentation.
Requirements
- Minimum of an OND / HND / B.Sc in any related field
- 1 - 2 years experience in an admin role
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, reports)
- Comfortable using digital tools, apps and software
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proximity to Ikoyi is an advantage.
What We Are Looking For:
- A self-starter who is organized and proactive
- Someone who takes initiative without being told twice
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with Google Workspace and MS Office.
Salary
N120,000 - N150,000 per month.
