Job Summary

• We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Financial Accountant to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and supporting the organization’s financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate financial statements and reports
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Monitor company budgets and expenditures
• Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies
• Maintain proper accounting records and documentation
• Assist with tax preparation and statutory compliance
• Support internal and external audit processes
• Process payroll and other financial transactions
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Professional certification such as ACA, ACCA, or ICAN is an added advantage
• Proven experience as a Financial Accountant or similar role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
