Job Title: IT Personnel
Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary
- We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Personnel to support the company’s daily IT operations, troubleshoot technical issues, maintain computer systems and networks, and provide timely technical support to staff.
- The ideal candidate should be able to ensure the smooth functioning of IT systems and contribute to overall operational efficiency within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide basic technical support to staff on computers, printers, internet, and software related issuses.
- Install and configure computer systems, applications, and devices.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
- Monitor and maintain office internet/network connectivity.
- Assist in setting up emails, systems, and user accounts.
- Ensure proper maintenance of company laptops, desktops, and other IT equipment.
- Ensure data backup and basic cybersecurity practices.
- Respond to IT -related issues in a timely manner.
- Support virtual meetings and office technology setup when needed.
Requirements
- OND / HND / B.Sc Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and general IT support.
- Ability to troubleshoot common technical issues.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Previous IT support experience is an added advantage.
Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
