Job Summary

• Palton Morgan Holdings is searching for an exceptional Chief Financial Officer to join our Group Executive Committee.
• This is not a role for a single-entity finance head.
• We are looking specifically for a finance executive who has managed the consolidated finance function of a group of companies — across multiple subsidiaries, legal entities, and business lines.

• We operate through four subsidiaries: Grenadine Homes (luxury development), Paltonloitte (property & facilities management), Propertymart (sales & brokerage), and Palton Morgan Capital (investment management). The CFO will sit at the centre of all of it.

What You'll Own

• Group financial strategy, planning, and multi-year forecasting.
• Consolidated financial reporting across all subsidiaries (IFRS compliant).
• Treasury, liquidity management, and banking relationships.
• Capital raising — equity, debt, and structured finance.
• Investment appraisal, project finance, and IRR modelling.
• Tax strategy, compliance (FIRS, VAT, WHT), and regulatory management.
• Group risk management and internal controls framework.
• Leading and developing a high-performing Group Finance team.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 15 years of finance experience; at least 5 years as Group CFO, Group Finance Director, or equivalent
• Verifiable experience managing consolidated finance for a group of companies — non-negotiable
• Strong background in real estate, property development, construction, or financial services
• ACA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent professional accounting qualification (mandatory)
• MBA or Master's Degree in Finance is an advantage
• Deep knowledge of Nigerian tax laws, FIRS, SEC regulations, and real estate investment structures

• A commercially astute, board-ready finance executive with unimpeachable integrity, strong executive presence, and a track record of driving financial performance across complex, multi-entity organisations.
