Role Summary
- We’re seeking a dynamic Program Manager to oversee and coordinate all training programs at GMYT Fashion Academy.
- You’ll ensure smooth delivery, quality standards, and overall student experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and manage all academy training programs
- Coordinate tutors, instructors, and learning resources
- Monitor student progress and program outcomes
- Handle student admissions, feedback, and administrative reporting
- Ensure compliance with academy policies and quality benchmarks
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in program coordination or academy management
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic administrative tools.
