Role Summary

• We’re seeking a dynamic Program Manager to oversee and coordinate all training programs at GMYT Fashion Academy.
• You’ll ensure smooth delivery, quality standards, and overall student experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and manage all academy training programs
• Coordinate tutors, instructors, and learning resources
• Monitor student progress and program outcomes
• Handle student admissions, feedback, and administrative reporting
• Ensure compliance with academy policies and quality benchmarks

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in program coordination or academy management
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic administrative tools.
