We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Learning and Development Executive

Location: Mushin, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
Training Content Development & Learning coordination:

  • Coordinate the planning and delivery of training programs for employees across departments and branches.
  • Develop and update training content, learning materials, and facilitator guides aligned with organizational training needs and operational priorities.
  • Create engaging learning resources including presentations, case studies, job aids, and digital learning materials to support effective knowledge transfer.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate, relevant, and reflective of current policies, processes, and regulatory requirements.
  • Continuously review and improve training materials based on participant feedback, learning outcomes, and evolving business needs.
  • Organize logistics for training sessions including scheduling, materials preparation, and participant coordination.
  • Ensure training sessions are delivered effectively and align with organizational priorities.

Training Delivery & Facilitation:

  • Support the design and facilitation of training sessions for operational and professional staff.
  • Coordinate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and relevant.
  • Facilitate selected training sessions where required.

Training Evaluation & Continuous Improvement:

  • Conduct training evaluation surveys to assess participant satisfaction and learning effectiveness.
  • Analyse feedback and recommend improvements to training content and delivery methods
  • Monitor training outcomes to ensure programs contribute to improved employee performance.

Learning Administration & Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of training participation and learning activities.
  • Track training completion rates and generate reports for HR leadership.
  • Ensure proper documentation of training materials and resources.

Onboarding Support:

  • Support onboarding programs for newly recruited employees to facilitate integration into the organization.
  • Coordinate orientation sessions for CROs and ensure they receive required training materials.
  • Assist in conducting follow-up engagement sessions with new hires.
