We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Water Treatment Plant Operator

Location: Sagamu-Interchange, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are looking for a Water Treatment Plant Operator to manage and maintain our on-site water treatment systems, ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality treated water for manufacturing purposes.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor water treatment equipment (pumps, filters, dosing units, etc.)
• Conduct routine testing (pH, turbidity, chlorine, etc.)
• Maintain logs and ensure compliance with safety/environmental regulations
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment or quality issues
• Perform preventive maintenance and support audits/inspections
• Report equipment malfunctions or deviations from quality standards, mechanical faults, and coordinate with maintenance teams for timely repairs.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND in Chemical Engineering, Water Resources, Industrial Chemistry, or related field
• 2–3 years of experience in water treatment operations (preferably in manufacturing)
• Strong knowledge of water purification and equipment maintenance
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Flexible to work in shifts and weekends if needed
• Able to operate Microsoft Office.
