We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: ETP Operator

Location: Sagamu-interchange, Ogun

Job Overview

• Operate, maintain and adjust waste water treatment plant equipment, pumps, motors, blowers, and other equipment to maintain proper plant operations and, good effluent discharge to the public drain.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and adjust treatment plant pumps, motors, blowers, and other equipment to maintain proper plant operations.
• To be able to troubleshoot and fix basic utility related issues (mechanically and electrically)
• Prepare and mix chemical treatment and ensure adequate chemical application according to regulations and guidelines.
• Performing routine checks, daily recording of operational data, and responding to alarms
• Collect and document liquid and solid samples and perform a variety of routine water quality laboratory tests; work closely with the laboratory on testing processes; monitor laboratory results.Maintain good GMP and 5S at all time

Requirements

• BSc/HND in Mechanical, Electrical, Environmental Engineering or related field.
• STP/ETP operations, SCADA systems or water waste treatment processes or any other certifications are a plus.
• A minimum of 2 years experience is required.
