Job Description

• We are seeking a creative, result-driven, and strategic Brand and Marketing Officer to develop and execute marketing initiatives that enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and increase sales performance.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting the company’s products and maintaining a strong brand presence across both digital and traditional marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement brand and marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
• Create and manage promotional campaigns to increase product visibility and market share.
• Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
• Manage the company’s social media platforms and digital marketing activities.
• Coordinate advertising, branding, and promotional materials for products and events.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, distributors, media partners, and stakeholders.
• Monitor marketing campaign performance and prepare periodic reports.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective customer acquisition and retention strategies.
• Ensure brand consistency across all communication and marketing channels.
• Organize exhibitions, trade fairs, product launches, and other marketing events.
• Assist in developing content for websites, social media, brochures, and marketing materials.
• Track marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2-5 years experience.
• Strong understanding of branding, marketing principles, and consumer behavior.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinking with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media management.
• Good knowledge of content creation and brand storytelling.
• Ability to analyze market data and interpret marketing metrics.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software/tools.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 / Month.
