Job Summary
- As the Head of Sales, you will lead the sales team in driving revenue growth, developing sales strategies, and building strong client relationships to achieve organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue generation.
- Lead, supervise, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews for management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 4years of sales experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong business development, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proven ability to lead teams and achieve sales targets.
Salary
N350,000 - N400,000 per month.
