Job Summary

• We are urgently seeking an experienced and commercially astute Business Development Manager to join its dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across real estate, property development, facility management, and property sales.
• Drive revenue generation and business expansion initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, partners, and other stakeholders.
• Develop and execute strategic business development and sales plans.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations.
• Negotiate and close business deals to achieve revenue targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent client service and project execution.
• Monitor market trends and provide strategic insights to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Estate Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 – 8 years experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management within the real estate sector. (Real estate experience is mandatory).
• Proven track record of achieving business growth and revenue targets.
• Strong understanding of the real estate and property market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Strong commercial and strategic thinking abilities.
• Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Financial and commercial acumen.

Annual Gross Remuneration
N20,000,000 (inclusive of official car benefit).
