Job Summary
- We are urgently seeking an experienced and commercially astute Business Development Manager to join its dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across real estate, property development, facility management, and property sales.
- Drive revenue generation and business expansion initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, partners, and other stakeholders.
- Develop and execute strategic business development and sales plans.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations.
- Negotiate and close business deals to achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent client service and project execution.
- Monitor market trends and provide strategic insights to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Estate Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 – 8 years experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management within the real estate sector. (Real estate experience is mandatory).
- Proven track record of achieving business growth and revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of the real estate and property market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong commercial and strategic thinking abilities.
- Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Financial and commercial acumen.
Annual Gross Remuneration
N20,000,000 (inclusive of official car benefit).
